Strategies & Process

The data is organized, worksheets and reference guides are developed, all forming the base for a diagnostic-feedback and action-planning session. In that session FMC facilitators have four goals:

  1. Create an agreed plan of action
  2. Improve teamwork
  3. Training and development
  4. Build energy for change…the drive to Prime.

They teach and apply group-process skills that build mutual respect, trust and consensus on a plan. They also teach and apply the Insight Strategy to reveal how to take a large and complex set of data and rapidly build understanding of the data and its implications, to agree on priority problems and opportunities and build actionable plans to solve those problems and take advantage of the opportunities.
